I’m away the next fortnight on my holidays so I will have to upload an older image this week. This is ”Lizzy” a local cat to me who I spotted peering though a gate with a glaring look. She is fearless, standing up to anything or anyone, having seen me, my camera and my dog, I took the shot and made a hasty retreat!
I make a mistake by overdeveloping this roll of film by forgetting to take into account the Kodak D76 developer temperature, which was 24°C.
Despite this, I think it this image works well.
Taken with a Nikon F80, (alas I have no more, died and went to camera heaven) the lens was a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 AF-D on Fomapan 100 Classic film.
Nice one!
You must feel honoured that a cat let you make it’s portrait!

Damn lucky to get her really, she don’t hang around for too long before you know it she’s jumped up onto a wall or bin near you ready for the attack!

Really cool portrait of a cat! Maybe it’s good for Fomapan 100 to be overdeveloped a bit.
