This image again from Orbec, France. It interested me because of the shadow pointing at the number 3 as well as all the tones and textures on the old shutters.
Leica M4-2, Summicron 50mm f/2 on Kodak Tri-X film rated at ISO 800 with a B&W Yellow filter.
Taken in Beuvron-en-Auge, Normandy. While visiting this lovely little French village, some middle aged bikers arrived and started looking around. I was amused with this group as from left to right one would stop and they’d all look, then the first one would move on the next location.

Whitstable high street, England. I spotted this guy eating chips with his dog outside this takeaway and liked the reflection of him and his dog. Having seen the contact sheet it looks like he’s shouting at someone in the shop when in fact he was eating.
When I scanned the picture, it was only then noticed I’d captured this couple I had not seen in the background reflection cuddling their small dog.
Taken on a Leica M4-2, Summicron 50mm f/2. Shot on Fomapan 400 Action film at a ISO of 1600.
I saw this gifts and second hand shop in Whitstable high street, England back in 2016. Whitstable being a seaside town, it was rather appropriate, if not somewhat corny with these chairs outside this shop.
Taken on a Nikon FE, with a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 on Fomapan 100 Classic film.
While in France last month, I found this old bar called Bar du Chaleau in the small town of Gacé. Strong sunlight between the buildings was shining across the front of the old run down tavern, giving it a eerie but interesting look.
Nikon FE, Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 Ai with a yellow Photax filter and taken on Fomapan Classic 100 film.
