Feed Me

Mote Park, Maidstone, England. I had to grab this shot of this cheeky Canada goose that came over to get in the front of the queue to this lady, who was feeding the birds on the lake.

Taken on my Leica M4-2 with the Summicron 50mm f/2 on Fomapan 400 film and a B&W red filter.

Waiting for Summer

I walk past this scene most weekends with my dog, but somehow I could never get it to look quite right. This is the back view of the ‘Seabreeze’ Caravan Park, Sheerness, England.

Waiting for Summer

Taken on a Leica M4-2, Summicron 50mm f/2 with a B&W yellow filter on Fomapan 400 film.

While the boys play

Bartons Point Coastal Park, Isle of Sheppey, England on a cold Sunday morning. Wasn’t sure if these four were related until I spoke to the women after I took the shot, which it seems they were, waiting around while the men raced their model yachts.
Made for a great street photography shot or should that be ‘Lake Photography’?

Taken on Leica M4-2, Summicron 50mm f/2 on Fomapan 400 Action film and developed at home in Ilford ID11 for 8 minutes at 20ºc.

A view over to Ridham Dock from the Kingsferry Bridge, Swale estuary.

I cropped the sky down because as I completely forgot about the power cables hanging across the Swale to the Isle of Sheppey, very unsightly and unforgivable by me! My excuse is the Zorki viewfinder isn’t the best to see though into in bright sunlight. Despite this I think the crop it makes for a good image for me and to share with all of you.

Taken mid morning on a Zorki 4K with Jupiter 8 50mm f/2 with Fomapan 400 Action film and developed in Kodak D76 for 5 minutes at 23ºc.
